At The Hong Kong Mill, Growth Managers are not traditional sales or relationship managers. They act as client success and growth intelligence partners, responsible for:

• Translating client objectives into precise intelligence question

• Framing decision problems clearly before analysis begins

• Ensuring insights are usable, relevant, and actionable at executive level

• Maintaining long-term alignment between insight delivery and business outcomes

They work closely with Data Scientists to shape models around real decision contexts, and with our delivery teams to ensure outputs meet institutional standards.

Data Science & Market Intelligence

Our Data Scientists focus on applying machine learning, statistical modelling, and behavioural analytics to real business and market decisions.

Working primarily in Python and advanced AI toolchains, they operate on a bespoke data platform designed for rigorous interrogation of large, complex, and heterogeneous datasets. The emphasis is not experimentation for its own sake, but the extraction of key signals that can meaningfully influence decision-making and generate real value for our clients and partners.

Our Analytics team is expected to challenge accepted wisdom, surface non-obvious patterns, and develop new perspectives. To remain ahead of the market, they continuously integrate emerging methodologies, technologies, and modelling approaches into our work.
